Wholesale Supply Group is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Office in Cleveland, TN. You must pass a drug test for this position!

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are required
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a compute

Responsibilities

• Work hours: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
• Handle all billing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Process all invoices in a timely manner
• Balance accounts at month end
• Purchase Orders
• Month-End Close
• Cash Posting
• Invoice Coding
• Packing Slips
• Weekly Invoicing
